| At the present time, I will be offering bears that are
available immediately on a rather frequent basis. So it might be a good idea to
check that page every few days. Many of these bears are one-of-a-kinds, new
designs, or just what I consider my "Fun" bears and will be available on a
first-come, first-served basis. If you would like advance notification (date/time)
of my Web Shows, please send me an email and I will be happy to place you on the
notification list. If you are interested in obtaining a bear please send me an
email. Presently I am accepting credit card and bank account drafts via Paypal.
I am also happy to accept personal checks and money orders. Adoptions paid
for by credit card via Paypal or money order will be shipped the next business day.
Adoptions paid for by personal check or bank draft via Paypal will be held until the funds
clear the bank. The bears will be shipped the following business day. |

| All prices are in US currency. (If you need to calculate the cost
in US dollars, the Universal
Currency Converter offers this service.) I accept Paypal if you would
like to pay by credit card. For US customers, I also accept money orders and
personal checks. Bears paid for with personal checks will be held from shipping for
an additional 10 business days after payment is received to ensure check clearance. |
Shipping and Handling Information: |
| Bears are shipped via Priority USPS in most cases. The shipping and handling rates are
calculated by Zip Code, value, weight and handling method. Bears are shipped fully
insured for their retail value. All bears are shipped -- Foreign and Domestic -- in
accordance with United States Postal
Service Regulations. International mail is subject to customs
examination in the destination country. |
Return Policy: |
| If you are dissatisfied with the purchase of your new bear it may be
returned for a refund of the purchase price. The bear can
only be returned if it is postmarked within five days of receipt
and a refund will only be given if the bear is returned in it's original, pristine
condition and free of any odors. To protect your investment, please insure the bear
for it's full retail value. I do not refund shipping and handling
costs. |
