My name is Vicky Lougher and I have been creating Original Award Winning Artist Bears since 1992. I made my very first bear in the fall of 1991. All of my bears are lovingly designed and created by me out of the finest imported mohair and alpaca materials available. My original bears are all signed with my “signature/year of creation” on a permanent plastic tag that is attached to the back of the bear. I have been very fortunate and honored to have had my work featured in several industry publications, on covers, and in calendars over the years. My bears have also won multiple industry awards such as the Golden Teddy and TOBY and URSA awards since 1996 and are known for their sweet soulful expressions. Bears will be shipped the first business day following the end of this sale if adopted via PayPal. Due to the rising shipping costs in the past few years, I have been paying a portion of those costs in the Continental US. All bears are shipped — Foreign and Domestic — in accordance with USPS Regulations. International mail is subject to customs examination in the destination country and I am not responsible for loss, damage or additional fees once the package leaves the US.

All prices are in U.S. currency.

I prefer PayPal as the method of payment for my adoption fees. It is very safe and secure and the bears are shipped immediately after the sale ends. You can also use PayPal Credit for high end items and pay over time and the bear ships right away. However, if you do not wish to adopt via PayPal, I do accept check or money order. There is also a 60 day lay-a-way option with terms: 1/3 down, 1/3 in 30 days, rest of balance due by 60th day. PayPal only. No refunds on lay-a-ways. Please call or email me with any questions. If you are dissatisfied with the purchase of your new bear, then it may be returned for a refund of the purchase price. I do not refund shipping and handling charges (handling charges are the additional shipping costs I pay). You must contact me within two days of receipt. The bear can only be returned if it is postmarked within five days of receipt and a refund will only be given if the bear is returned in it’s original, pristine condition. To protect your investment, please insure the bear for it’s full retail value.
